Dear Members of the HKSEMS,


Let’s refresh the activities organized by the council in the last 3 months!!


Co-opting new council member in the 98th Council Meeting

 

The president proposed the co-opt of Dr Yu Ho Kun, Adrian and Dr. Wu Wing Yee, Clara to the HKSEMS 2025-2027 new council.

 

The council welcomed the newly co-opted councillors.

Visit to Shenzhen Emergency Medical Centre


The President visited Shenzhen Emergency Medical Centre (深圳市急救中心) with Dr Sam Yang, Dr Kaiser Chiu and Dr Vince Mok on 28th November 2025. A meeting was held with 朱虹主任, the new director of the Shenzhen Emergency Medical Centre, and discussed about the 3rd Greater Bay Area EM Conference in 2026.


 


ACEM 2025 in Dubai


The President attended the ACEM 2025 in Dubai on 10-13th December 2025 with Dr Sam Yang, Dr Kaiser Chiu, Dr Axel Siu and other Emergency Physicians.

The President has represented HKSEMS to present our proposal for ACEM 2030 bidding at the ASEM board meeting.

Dr Chung Chin Hung, founding President of the Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine, was awarded as Honorary Fellow of ASEM.
